Caroline Westley Counsellor Winchester, Alresford and Southsea, Hampshire Welcome I'm a qualified individual and relationship counsellor practising in Winchester and Alresford with many years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy for people of all ages. I've worked with councils, charities and schools. Research confirms that the relationship between therapist and client is the key to successful therapy. Our initial consultation is where you can experience how I work and the process of building a unique relationship from which to develop more successful strategies for living. People choose counselling for a variety of reasons: trying to solve a dilemma; fed up arguing with partners; a wish to resolve stress; to lift depression; cure panic attacks; understand their sexuality; cope with the feelings around divorce; bullying; childhood abuse; separation; redundancy; loss, bereavement; anxiety; anger...in fact, any in the range of what's involved in simply being human. My counselling practices are in Winchester, Alresford and Southsea. I can be contacted, confidentially, on 01962 734118 or 07919 203059. As a professional counsellor I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy; Metanoia Institute, London; the Institute of Transactional Analysis and the European Association of Transactional Analysis. I abide by their codes of ethics. I undertake regular, confidential supervision to ensure I am working ethically and effectively. My Winchester practice is located at The Friends' Meeting House in Colebrooke Street, Winchester, close to Colebrooke Street public car park and in Southsea at The Marple Cross Centre with free parking adjacent to the building in Shaftesbury Road |
